Delete your Luma account

Deleting your account permanently removes your account, profile, photos, companions, conversations and memories.

In the app

Open Luma, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account. It happens straight away. You can download a copy of your data first from Settings → Download My Data.

Without the app

Email support@lumacompanion.app from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Luma account". Your account and data will be deleted within 30 days, and you'll get an email when it's done.

Delete some of your data and keep your account

• Memories: open Memories, tap ••• next to a memory and choose Forget.
• Conversations: open a conversation's history and delete it. Photos shared in it are deleted too.
• Profile photo: open Profile and tap Remove.
• Anything else: email support@lumacompanion.app from your account's email address and say what you'd like deleted. It will be done within 30 days.

What happens to your data

Everything listed above is deleted from Luma's database and storage. Backups held by our service providers expire on their normal schedule. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
